Had a really great stay on a business trip, would stay here again. Fairly clean, hip new hotel, I really enjoyed comfortable rooms and good staff. Booked a room with a balcony. The property was placed in the central location very close to the center.

The location was great for traveling around Gatlinburg, not far from the shops and restaurants, Gatlinburg, TN and attractions and Ober ski mountain. It also was right in downtown within walking distance.

Everything was well-maintained at this brand-new hotel. We got fantastic and relaxing room with a balcony, fireplace. The breakfast was reasonable and great, the check in was friendly. The position of the venue was marvellous, to downtown stores.

The restaurant was great for breakfast here, I had wonderful dishes. Plenty of food at the breakfast, I truly enjoyed hot waffles, pastries, and fruit. The hotel had a central location and it was not very far from a stone-and-wood moonshine distillery. The staffs were kind & wonderful.

Besides, the location was quiet for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. The room was well-kept with a beautiful view of the mountain. The staff were friendly professional lot of the time.

Great breakfast with a huge variety of options, wonderful and fairly clean place. Had marvellous location in the smokey mountains, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Aerial Tramway.

The hotel is fairly clean and the room is incredibly comfortable. The breakfast offers good choice of hot waffles, pastries, and fruit. The venue's location is great, not far from mini golf and the indoor waterpark and a good and the center of all gatlinburg attractions on the main strip which made for easy access to all popular locations. Also, it is just a pleasant stroll away from Ripley's Haunted Adventure.

Decent and comfy location in Gatlinburg, adjacent to a dance competition which was being held at the Convention Center and the Great Smoky Mountains and aquarium. For tea or coffee visit Starbucks nearby.
